MEET YOUR COACH
"As your coach, I'm committed to teaching you skills and techniques that will not only improve your performance but will give you the freedom and knowledge to train smarter and live better for years to come."
Hello, my name is Amanda Jae Radich. I grew up in Vacaville, CA, and have been a health and fitness coach in the Bay Area since 2015. Much of my development in the industry was gained working and training as a Tier X Coach for Equinox in Berkeley and San Francisco. The diverse clientele of working professionals, athletes, pre/post-rehab individuals, and seniors, is where I learned the importance of adapting training and lifestyle practices to the individual rather than the opposite. When the dynamics of the year 2020 called me to the mountains of Incline Village, Nevada, my goal was to develop a coaching platform that would support the performance of individuals based on their lifestyle. This is how Incline Performance began.
I specialize in teaching techniques that help people find better alignment, strength, and confidence in their movements. As a StrongFirst SFG coach and kettlebell sport athlete, I'm most passionate about applying these techniques and skills with the kettlebell. However, I also utilize other conventional and unconventional training tools to help my clients achieve functional strength.
Growing up, the art of discipline was a practice that balanced me and has helped me become the person I am today. At 4 years old my first discipline was Kajukempo Karate where I learned how humility, effort, and respect will earn your position. These lessons were my first introduction to how working on the self can lead to greater fulfillment in life and more capacity to hold space for others. This is what guided me down the path of health and performance and is the root of what lead me to become a coach.
My goal is to educate and inspire the clients and athletes I work with that true health and better performance starts from the inside out. I've learned from personal experience that with adequate rest, nutrition, movement, and a focused mindset, the human body is capable of amazing things. As my own health continues to improve by applying these principles, my desire and passion to coach others to live, feel, and perform better deepens.
