On-demand Coaching for Foundational & Advanced Kettlebell Movements.
Develop functional strength, advance your technique, and improve your athleticism with this versatile tool. You will learn the foundational kettlebell movements in addition to developing power and skill in more advanced lifts. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned lifter, we will work together on your prerequisite mobility, strength, and technique that will translate directly into your performance both in and outside of training.
TRAIN WITH INTENTION
1-ON-1 COACHING SESSIONS
30 or 60-minute virtual training sessions designed to teach technique and proper movement mechanics. (In-person sessions available for Incline Village residents)
TECHNIQUE REVIEW
Become a student of strength. Develop awareness and understanding by filming your lifts. Amanda will review your film and provide technical feedback to enhance your learning process.
SELF-GUIDED WORKOUTS
After each coaching session, Amanda will prescribe workouts for you to practice on your own. These are purposeful workouts that are specific to your body's needs and will help develop efficiency in your lifts.
