Our 1-on-1 training sessions will focus on improving your technique, movement efficiency, conditioning, and breath, while our coaching calls will guide the mindset, nutrition, and recovery strategies that are specific to your needs outside of training.

ASSESSMENT CONSULTATION
To ensure that your program reflects your individual needs, our work together starts with a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire and a functional movement screening. This will serve as a baseline for your training program as we collaborate on the mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery strategies that will work towards achieving your health and performance goals.
60 MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS
Training frequency enhances results. A schedule that is recommended and scientifically proven to develop adaptation is a 2 or 3 days per week training frequency. However, depending on your training experience and goals we will find a schedule that works for your lifestyle.
BI-WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
Whether your goal is to lose weight or develop strength and durability, there is more to health and performance than your workouts. That's why outside of the movement portion of your program, our coaching calls are to ensure that we address the environmental and lifestyle factors that play a large role in your performance and results. This is where you will be given guidance and support on the right mindset, nutrition, and recovery strategies that are specific to helping you reach your infinite potential.
